Technical Telephone Support – Our telephone support plan provides your company with phone support covering all system components Answers Accounting installs. Our System Specialist can acess your system remotely so they can help you through difficult operations, program functionality and correct system errors; therefore saving you time and money. Without an Annual Support Plan we will provide you will the same support, however we charge 165.00/hr in 15 min increments. Annual Support Program - For one low price, Answers Accounting is available to give you peace of mind by knowing that we are only a phone call away. We will assist your company by telephone or remotely with your Sage Accpac ERP and a variety of Accpac 3rd party add-on software.

  1. Unlimited Phone Support – 12 months of unlimited support by telephone, modem or internet (via GoToAssist or pcAnywhere). We support connections via dialup and TCP/IP.

  2. Priority Service – All support program customers will receive priority telephone service. Priority means calls are responded to before non-annual customers.

  3. Support for non-ACCPAC type issues – We'll also help you with basic questions on printing, hardware, Windows 95/98, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and other office productivity programs.

  4. Quarterly "check-up" phone calls – A pro-active approach to make sure your system is running smoothly. Just because you don’t call us, doesn’t mean everything is OK.
