We have added instructional videos to the Answers website and would love our customers to take advantage of them!  These videos are there  for our clients to get some additional training and learn about different modules. They are free to whom ever would like to view them and you may view them as many times as needed. If you have any suggestions about what else you would like to see, please let us know!

New Sage Customer Portal

Many of you might not be aware of the new sage customer portal that went live a few months back. With the new customer portal comes a few changes. These changes include new customer numbers, and a new customer portal web address.  To access the new portal you will need to call the Sage Customer Portal Department at (877)828-6372 and provide them with your old customer number, phone number, or company name (basically anything that will help them identify you as an Accpac customer).  They will then provide you with a Customer Portal Login which will allow you access to tons of information on Accpac ERP; including, downloads, upgrade information, software assurance, and a technical knowledge base.  If you need any assistance with obtaining your customer portal login please call  us, we are more than happy to help!
