The MJD Starship Link for Sage Accpac ERP automates and customizes the shipping process by providing an intelligent link between Order Entry in Sage Accpac ERP and the shipping software called Starship from V-Technologies. Order address information is sent to Starship through the Starship Link, freight charges are calculated and then passed back to Order Entry where they are posted as a miscellaneous charge on and order or shipment. That means no more manual entry of shipping charges into ACCPAC O/E, which cuts down on work and errors usually associated with such a task.

-The MJD Starship Link automatically applies the appropriate shipping defaults for the customer and the ship-to location, then transfers information about the order to Starship.

- When the shipper receives the order in Starship, the basic shipping defaults are already in place.

-The shipper has only to enter the weight of the shipment and any other special options.
