Needs Analysis: By interviewing you and your staff, we can determine the critical business issues that your firm faces. We will use this information to make an informed recommendation to you. This is a complex process of discovery and can go quite deep into your business practices, revealing your current and future business needs. The time to perform this analysis can range from a single meeting to multiple meetings scheduled over an extended time frame depending on the size and complexity of your business model.

Statement of Findings: We will present you with a written document outlining our findings. Results of our research will be tested to insure we are meeting your specific documented needs. A formal quote in conjunction with a presentation/demo will be scheduled.

The Next Steps

System Design and Configuration: Once an agreement has been reached between your organization and Answer's on the solution the work really begins.  The implementation team will conduct meetings with your staff to document the appropriate choices for the configuration settings in the system to meet your company's needs.

Installation:  Software will be loaded and tested to insure all systems are operational and ready for training.

Training:  Implementation staff will train individuals or by group, which ever meets your companies need.  Special attention will be given to your processes and specific needs.

Implementation:  Loading your data into the software will be accomplished either by training employees to manually enter or by utilizing export/import functions if possible.  Cleaning up your operations and documenting new procedures for future employee reference.

Custom Reporting: If your need of more complex reporting is required Answers offers custom report designing or crystal report training to allow you to write your own custom reports.

Go Live:  Everything is ready and we are there to help with those first few critical days. Our staff will spot train and insure that your new system is performing to your expectations.

Follow up Training and Assistance:  We will schedule follow up training and guidance for you and your staff.  A few days possibly weeks or even a month after you go live it is critical to review the process, give pointers and answer those questions on "how do I best" accomplish this task.

On Going Support:  Continued support and keeping informed are crucial in maintaining your system. Our commitment to customers doesn't end with the go live.
