The Next Steps
System Design and Configuration: Once an agreement has been reached between your organization and Answer's on the solution the work really begins. The implementation team will conduct meetings with your staff to document the appropriate choices for the configuration settings in the system to meet your company's needs.
Installation: Software will be loaded and tested to insure all systems are operational and ready for training.
Training: Implementation staff will train individuals or by group, which ever meets your companies need. Special attention will be given to your processes and specific needs.
Implementation: Loading your data into the software will be accomplished either by training employees to manually enter or by utilizing export/import functions if possible. Cleaning up your operations and documenting new procedures for future employee reference.
Custom Reporting: If your need of more complex reporting is required Answers offers custom report designing or crystal report training to allow you to write your own custom reports.
Go Live: Everything is ready and we are there to help with those first few critical days. Our staff will spot train and insure that your new system is performing
to your expectations.
Follow up Training and Assistance: We will schedule follow up training and
guidance for you and your staff. A few days possibly weeks or even a month after you go live it is critical to review the process, give pointers and answer those questions on "how do I best" accomplish this task.
